Turnitin Submission not appearing in SpeedGrader or Gradebook

Hi everyone,

 

I recently came across this issue with students' Turnitin submissions not showing up in the gradebook BUT it shows up in the Turnitin assignment inbox. Has anyone else come across this issue? What are some ways to prevent this from happening?

 

Any help and guidance is much appreciated - thanks!

    Jocelyn Liu I think it might be worth contacting the Support team by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com and asking them to look into this for you.
