No Readability Level
I have run a number of authorship reports for docx. submissions and have noticed that there's no readability for the assignments! Does anyone have an explanation for why Turnitin is not able to pick up the document's readability level?

cscurr I would recommend contacting our Support team by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com with the IDs of the documents in question and they will be able to investigate fully.
