    According to Blackbaud support  "The team is doing some work to take into account TII's new UI and pull that experience into our assignment experience. Once the EAP is complete that option will be available."

    As we are getting errors when following your steps to upgrade the LTI from 1.1 to 1.3. It shows Unauthorized client

       hi and thank you for reaching out to us. The integration between Turnitin 1.1 and 1.3 is going live sometime in September this year, it is not yet released, which is why you are not able to configure the integration at this time. The Blackbaud Team are now actively recruiting for their early adopter program, however.       As this gives no indication that the service is not live yet.
