• ETS e-Rater removed from all Turnitin products

Educational Testing Services (ETS) will no longer be supporting their e-rater grammar service in 2025. As a result, Turnitin has removed e-rater from all of its products.  (Read more about our Product Updates for January 2025)

• Updated highlight colors improve accessibility in the new report experience

Highlighted text in the new Similarity Report and AI writing detection views have new colors for match groups, sources, and text likely written or likely written and paraphrased using AI.

The updates to the highlight colors optimize contrast levels for improved accessibility, with a focus on enhanced text readability.   (Read more about our Product Updates for February 2025)
