Integrating with Schoology

I need tips on how to make this work because our district says it should be integrated, but I cannot seem to get it to work yet.

    Are you getting any specific errors? Or is the External Tool not showing up?

      Katie Kelley  I asked that over a month ago. It's working now. I am in charge of teaching Turnitin and Schoology integration for the district. I would love a contact at Turnitin for quick answers. Can you help with that?

      Jenny George Good News! I sware it said you posted 8 days ago...If you have a District Admin account at Turnitin.com - there is a Live Chat feature. I literally just asked them something about an error message some students received at home. You could try that. Otherwise, you should be able to submit a ticket to tiisupport@turnitin.com

      Jenny George Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. As Katie Kelley says please contact the Support team by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com They usually have a pretty speedy turnaround time. Alternatively your District should have an Account Manager who will be happy to help out with any questions.

    Good day. Late joining, but my teachers are still unable to access Turnitin via Schoology. They have reverted to logging directly into Turnitin. I re-checked the configuration and noticed that Configuration Type: is not available on the "Edit External Tool Provider" window (see graphic), consequently I cannot set to "Manual". See attached. Any help on how I could get this working? Regards.

      Patricia Watkins I have spoken to our integrations team about this and they advise that this issue may be resolved by closing out the set-up and trying again. For some reason this field doesn’t always appear on set-up. If you continue having issues please contact Schoology support,  as this appears to be related to the set-up on the Schoology side.

    We have figured out how to use Turnitin with Schoology by setting up the assignment in Schoology as an external link. (pick Turnitin from the list). Students do not have to create additional accounts or ever go to Turnitin. You can access everything from Turnitin, even peer mark reviews.
