Allow for multiple administrators on account
I find it very odd that we cannot have multiple administrators on a school account for managing Turnitin. The person that is currently our administrator is out on a family emergency and now we're stuck. As an IT administrator I can't recall another company that limits the number of admin accounts to 1 on a site.
Also, finding the area to submit a support ticket is difficult. I swear you are obscuring it on purpose.

Hey — good news! As part of our new admin experience launching January 7, you’ll be able to assign multiple administrators to your Originality Check and Feedback Studio accounts. This includes one primary admin and up to five additional admins, all manageable directly from our new admin interface. This improvement is a direct result of feedback like yours, and we expect it to make admin management much simpler — especially when roles shift or someone’s out of office.

Turnitin allows for one administrator per institutional account. If the current administrator is unavailable, the account owner or institution can request a change of administrator by submitting a support request. You can find guidance here: How to request a change of account administrator.
Regarding submitting a support ticket, Turnitin provides support via the Help Center where you can find the “Submit a request” link at the top-right.
