Moodle Assignment Similarity Documents Stuck in Queue

Hello All,

We are seeing student Moodle submissions getting stuck in the "Queue" status. We then go down the route of contacting TII support which is a lengthy process of log file collecting etc.  Is there a way to restart the submission checking process so address this in a timely fashion?  What is the best approach?
