One size does not fit all: Interpreting Turnitin's AI writing score

As a former educator, I recall those times when–much like my secondary English Language Arts students–I wanted a simple right or wrong answer to questions. Sadly, these types of responses are rare in spite of their comforting nature. Generative AI writing tools and usage of Turnitin’s AI writing indicator have one thing in common: there is no one “right” approach.
